H2O is community in action. We began as a community initiative and remain entirely community run. What began as a recognition of need has become a rich history of family, fun and lives transformed.

Our heart is for patient relationship building with the young people of our community. Over the years, this has placed us in privileged conversations that allow us to offer support and encouragement to young lives.
